OUR CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP IS AS FOLLOWS:

I will perform any repair, re-model, or maintenance on your home or real property, as long as you, the
property owner, tenant, or lease holder can perform the work or task yourself without a license from
your city, municipality, county, or state governments.  If a license or permit is required for the 
requested work, you the "Hiring Party" will obtain it at your time and expense.  I am not a licensed 
contractor:  I am a Master Craftsman / Tradesman exercising my prerogative to enter into agency 
agreements, dealing with real property as "one of the people of California."  Our relationship is that of 
Principal (You) and Agent (Me:  your name).  I will be acting as your special agent to perform the 
listed work and tasks below.  This special limited agency (limited to the list of items below) is created 
for completing the work:  it begins when this contract is signed and returned to your name with a 
legally binding deposit.

All payments for agency services are payable in cash or check to:  your name (at the 
discretion of agent) and the balance, if any, payable at the completion of the services rendered.  The 
contraacted price is net to agent.  The Principal (you) is responsible for payment of all material and 
supplies in advance.

QUOTE $        THIS CONTRACT BID FOR AGENT'S SERVICES IS FIRM AND WILL NOT 
BE INCREASED FOR THE LISTED WORK AND BUDGETED HOURS BELOW.  ADDITIONAL 
WORK AND HOURS NOT LISTED BELOW REQUIRE ADDITIONAL LABOR COSTS AND 
MATERIAL COSTS.  FURTHER PARTS OR MATERIALS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL 
EXPENSE TO THE PRINCIPAL.
